CCTV
CCTV stands for Capital Community Television. The studio is near TIUA. It took about 5 minutes by car. For the last two years some TIUA students have gone to the studio for filming. Students were already filming about Japanese culture such as marbles, kytes, calligraphy, kendama, and paper sumo in 2011. It was great experiences for students. They spent a lot of time to prepare for this project and improved their English skills. The film will be on the TV.

Hatfield Fountain
Some Willamette University students call this the chicken fountain. It looks like chikens but they are really eagles. It is a famous spot in Willamette University. People use to wait for someone and a taxi there. The third picture seems really cool. It was taken during spring break. After that, someone cleaned the Hatfiled Fountain.

State of Oregon
cinebarre
This is the theater near Willamette University in Salem.
People can watch some movies and enjoy eating foods and drinking. There are alomost 10 rooms.
This American theater is differnt compared to Japanese theater. For example This theater has tables in each room between chairs and the floor. (Most American theaters do not have tables.) So people are comfortable to eat and drink in the room.

Lu'au
The Willamette University Hawaii Club had the 22st Annual Lu'au on April 16th at Sparks Center. It was awesome.
Guests enjoyed Hawaiian foods, music and dance performances. There was a fire dance. It was the most exciting part of the show.
The Hawaii club sold 1,000 tickets. That was great. Everybody was satisfied with this show.
The show was from 7pm to 9pm. Before the show the band performed on the stage. Their music made the show even better.

POW WOW
The POW WOW was interesting. There were many accessories, costumes and Native Americans.
Native American people performed dances and songs of their music. It was awesome. They were serious and cool.
The Indian tacos were delicious but waiting in line took a long time.
